Every Day,
You Sabotage
Your Own Performance, Wellbeing, and Relationships.

It's Time to Stop.

You're Achieving.
You're Also Exhausted.

From the outside, it looks like success. From the inside, it feels like autopilot. When you begin to understand the root of your patterns, not just the behavior, but what's driving it, everything starts to shift.

Meaningful change starts with awareness.

The "faster if I do it myself" trap.

You've rewritten your team's email before sending it, again, because "it's just faster if I do it myself." You call it delegation. Your team calls it micromanagement.

The finish line that keeps moving.

You hit the number, closed the round, got the promotion. By Monday morning you were already looking past it, because the last win stopped counting the second you reached it.

The two extra hours nobody asked for.

The deck was good. You spent another two hours on it anyway, because "good" isn't the standard you hold yourself to.

The yes you'll regret later.

You said yes to a timeline you knew your team couldn't hit. You'll figure out how to make it work. You always do. That's actually the problem.

The deal that's already closed in your head, badly.

You've read the contract four times and imagined every way this deal could fall apart. It hasn't even closed yet.

One Call.

Real Awareness.

No Strings.

Most discovery calls are just an audition. You talk, the coach listens, and you both decide if you want to work together.

This one is different. In 60 minutes, I'll walk through your Saboteur Assessment results and get a clear, specific picture of how you're sabotaging yourself every single day, the patterns running underneath the overthinking, the autopilot, the exhaustion.

Whether or not we ever work together, you leave with that awareness. And awareness alone tends to change things.

Before we talk

You'll take the Saboteur Assessment, a short self-assessment that identifies the specific mental patterns quietly running your decisions, your stress, and your relationships.

On the Call

A short grounding exercise to shift out of reactive, stressed thinking and into a clearer state, so you're not just talking about the shift, you're feeling it in real time

Walk through your results

We will look at your top patterns and where they're actually costing you, at work, at home, in how you feel day to day

A Conversation

A conversation and understanding about where your patterns came from, and why you don't need them anymore, even though they once helped you survive something

Space to ask what's Next

You will learn the various paths to work with me. If and only if it feels right to you. Zero pressure either way.

What Happens on the Call

Business Presentation

This Call Is For You If...

You're a leader who's ready to actually do something about it, not just think about it more

You're tired of being tired, tired of the stress, tired of the same patterns showing up in different rooms

You want to understand what's genuinely getting in your own way, not just manage the symptoms

This isn't for you if:

You're looking for a quick fix or want someone to hand you all the answers. This call gives you real clarity, not a shortcut. What you do with that clarity is still up to you.
